Plot: Shippo asks Miroku what his wish is; he thinks about toys and describes something kind of perverted. Inu Yasha goes to walk away, and Miroku bids him to stop- he says that his staff is just the right shape to use. Inu Yasha is like USE?
Later Inu Yasha is in his human form and thinking about how different his body is. Miroku comes up and starts kidding around with him- Inu Yasha gets all offended, and Miroku says he shouldn't be that way, he's sweet in this form. He starts talking about protecting him, and Inu says WHO needs protecting? Mioku ignores how angry he is and says he likes him and will be strong for him.
He hands Inu Yasha a pair of smelly pants, and then starts smelling them and proclaiming the amazingness when Inu Yasha tells him to go away. In the background of Miroku's sniffing, Inu Yasha's says more and more he's becoming desperate.
Next story, Miroku is out and sees a dog. He ushers it over then steps on it, intending to make it dinner. Inu Yasha finds him and Miroku battles him, then keeps the dog in his robes. He tells Inu Yasha that he's going to be a dad, to which he freaks out.
Miroku thinks his plan has worked well and tries to escape, but Inu Yasha starts taking it so seriously and wants to be by his side.
Then he lets the dog slip out. It's all mangled from when he stepped on it, so he interrupts Inu Yasha's glee to say it's a still birth and buries it [the dog is fully alive though, and crawls out later].
Next story, Kagome comes back with a new style and starts girl talking with Sango about it. Miroku thinks its time that he get a new look. Inu Yasha goes looking for him and catches him with his hair down- which makes him look really pretty. It catches Inu off guard, but when Miroku goes back to normal he's all flustered and can't stop thinking of him.

Title: Ground Zero

Plot: Inu Yasha is interrogating a man- he asks if his story is true and the guy insists. Inu says they've made a mistake- it's time to chase that demon! Miroku agrees. Suddenly Inu Yasha hesitates, thinking maybe it's a trap. Miroku implies that Inu is just scared -he gets all offended and says how would THEY fair in a trap? Probably really poorly; send him a picture of their defeat. Miroku is like "it's a sure thing" and Kagome wonders about the camera aspect.
Next story, Inu Yasha and Miroku are fighting a demon that's attacking Kagome. Miroku stops to think, sometimes he stops to look at Inu Yasha, and sees past the meanness and noisiness. Is it OK to have that sort of sentiment?
That night the old lady asks where Inu Yasha is- Miroku offers to go find that troublesome guy. She seems worried about Miroku's inner turmoil, maybe from the battle, but he says he's OK.
Miroku finds Inu Yasha up a tree- he immediately asks about Kagome. Miroku says shes' fine, doesn't Inu need medical attention too?
Inu Yasha says he's fine, but let's go.
Mirko asks to where, and Inu Yasha says he wants to hunt down that thing. Miroku runs after him and quickly gets out of breath- asks if Inu has found it- he insults him but then, asks if Miroku is genuinely angry. Miroku says, me, angry? No, just tired is all.
Inu Yasha says he can tell that's probably nto the truth, and they argue. Inu wants to look at Miroku's forehead for a tell that he's lying. He gets up close and starts telling off Miroku, but all he can think of is kissing Inu Yasha.
He does and Inu freaks out, punches him, then starts yelling at him for being a weirdo. Miroku has an inner dialog, how he really feels- he loves him.
Last story, Kagome, Sango and Miroku are talking about this month's list- Inu Yasha barges in and sees a photo of himself. He freaks out and Miroku says it's a photo- he wouldn't understand, it all happens with a camera, and thanks to Kagome [who kind of looks mortified at being brought into it]. Inu Yasha beats the crap out of Miroku.

Title: 柔らかな風

Plot: Inu Yasha is recollecting on a night where he turned human- Kagome asks him what's wrong- he shrugs it off.
On that night Inu Yasha was thinking about how he failed, and should hurry up and sleep so he can continue the search after he transforms back. He settles down to sleep, but senses something- an opponent? No, just a rabbit.
Suddenly Sesshomaru appears and starts taunting him about his form; Inu Yasha becomes defensive, telling him to shut up, he knows nothing, even in this form he's better than him. Sesshomaru asks if he can really say those things in front of him. Inu Yasha starts getting upset and his brother turns away; Inu Yasha asks, isn't he going to kill him?
Sesshomaru asks, wasn't he just pleading for his life?
Inu Yasha is suddenly overcome, and kisses Sesshomaru- who says, impossible, was he just smiling then, kissed by his brother's untalented mouth [Inu Yasha gets all offended].
He starts getting intimate with him again, and asks why he came in the first place. He says he came here searching, to cleanse himself. He asks if Inu has wanted this a long time, which puts him on edge. He thinks there's only one person he's wanted. He blows up at his brother, and says if he's going to regret it then he should leave. Sesshomaru does, and Inu Yasha curses him out. Sesshomaru returns, with the rabbit, and says he found what Inu Yasha was looking for. Inu corrects him, and then is kissed- as they make love, Inu Yasha thinks this, this is what's good.
The next morning Sesshomaru leaves and Inu Yasha says he can't explain anything away, he's slept with a dirty half breed.
Inu Yasha recalls, this is the first day of a new month.
Sesshomaru says yes, it's a new time, next time they meet, he won't go easy on him.
Inu Yasha thinks, he doesn't understand what Sesshomaru's intentions were, but wonders what he was thinking that night.
Last comic is a short about Naraku imagining injured dogs as Inu and his brother, and having a freak-out time of it.

Title: 弥勒法師上カルビ燒

Plot: Miroku is staying with Inu Yasha- he says he likes him a lot and wants to stay up talking even though Inu wants to go to sleep.
Inu orders him to go to sleep, and Miroku says he wants to sleep with HIM- Inu tries to walk away, but Miroku is all "Didn't you hear me?" and hugs him.
Miroku becomes upset talking about Kikyo and starts crying. Inu Yasha feels sorry for him and says he won't leave him. Miroku kisses him and Inu becomes reticent about the whole thing. Miroku says he's causing him trouble after all.
They start getting intimate and Miroku feels like Inu is ashamed of him- but he proves Miroku wrong. Inu Yasha says he likes Miroku a lot as well- but Miroku calls him out on being a liar. Inu tries to argue, but Miroku says it's okay- for tonight, he just wants to be with him.
Next morning Inu wakes up alone. Miroku enters with water. He's evasive about what happened the previous night, and when Inu asks him directly, he says to please forget. Inu Yasha freaks out, and Miroku explains it's best they're not together on a journey like theirs.
In the end though, Inu looks so depressed that Miroku laughs it off and says he likes him all the same.

Title: 鬼葬 1

Plot: Inu Yasha and the gang find a wild blaze- the smoke is so strong that everybody complains of the smell, and it knocks Inu right out. Miroku suggests they find a close place to rest.
They find a house and banter about Inu Yasha being a lot like a dog. But Miroku seems troubled, he noticed something earlier, and makes to leave- Inu freaks out that he's opened the door and letting the smell in.
The following day he says he's going to pray at the temple. The anniversary of his father's death is soon, and he's like to go pray. Everybody understands, and just as he's leaving he turns to say something to Inu Yasha, but says forget it- just take care.
Miroku rides off on Kirara, and thinks to himself that he can't bring Inu Yasha with him on this journey- he sensed Naraku and he must face him alone. While settling down for the night and admiring the sky, Naraku approaches and asks if Miroku came looking for him. He goes on to say he has no interest in Miroku alone- the others have what he wants.
Miroku makes to fight, but Naraku grabs him. Instead of fighting, he starts coming onto Miroku, who's a bit too flabbergasted to retaliate. He tries to argue, and run, but Naraku is much faster. He starts taunting him about the women in his life, but Miroku thinks he doesn't hate the part of himself that doesn't like them?
He finally relents to Naraku. He thinks of calling out to Inu Yasha, but Naraku guesses what he's thinking and mocks him for it. When Naraku leaves, he says if he comes here tomorrow night, he'll kill Miroku.
When Miroku finally pulls himself together, he realizes the power of his hand is gone.

Title: 鬼葬 2

Plot: Miroku is visiting his father's grave and thinking about death and the loneliness therein. Next day the old monk asks what happened after Miroku visited the grave- he says nothing, he walked a lot so he was sleepy.
Back with the others, Kikyo must return home and to school. Inu Yasha says he's borrowing Kirara, and Sango argues about going with him to the old woman's place. Inu Yasha ends up running off on his own.
Meanwhile, Miroku thinks about the previous night. He goes to sleep, but soon Inu Yasha busts in demanding to know where Miroku is. He finds him sleeping and leans over him- Miroku wakes with a start, thinking it's Naraku, but finds his friend instead. Inu says he was worried with Kirara returned without him, and came to find him. Miroku laughs it off, but Inu Yasha is serious. He starts to hug Miroku, but he pushes him away, saying he's not feeling good. Inu guesses what's going on and says if he was going to meet Naraku, he should have come along. Miroku says no, that wouldn't have been possible- they argue over it.
Finally Miroku shows that his power is gone, and says he had done it all to protect Inu Yasha- who is embarrassed/flattered by the idea. He kisses Miroku.
He says, he can still smell Naraku on him, which is annoying. Miroku asks if he should go, and Inu Yasha staunchly says no.
Miroku is concerned that he's become weak, but Inu says it's ok, they're ok just like this. Miroku worries over what happened the previous night, and how he won't be able to fight anymore. Finally he tells Inu Yasha that Naraku is coming tonight. Inu goes off to find him on his own. Miroku stops him by hugging him, and says he's angry isn't he. Suddenly, Miroku binds Inu Yasha, and goes off on his own. He wanders in the cold for a bit until Naraku finds him, and comments that he can smell dog on Miroku. He asks if Inu Yasha is going to come- Miroku says no, he just came to get his power back. Naraku says he should be glad to be rid of it, but Miroku explains differently. He says his father and grandfather were both killed by it, and it's only a matter of time until he is too. Naraku says before that, he'll let him taste his curse? One more time. He says he'll have a little fun with him -meanwhile Inu thinks that Miroku was a fool to go off on his own unprotected and he must save him.
Miroku thinks that he doesn't hate being accosted by Naraku- and his power returns. He tells him to stop. Inu Yasha appears with his protective beads just in time, and smacks him for making him worry. Miroku says he had to follow Naraku and borrow him to get his power back. They ride off on Kirara and Inu starts explaining his feelings but Miroku falls asleep (wake up! Says Inu).

Title: ポロメリア

Plot: The team finally reach a village, and Kagome asks for lodgings. The woman says certainly, for four people- but Kagome says, no, there are five. When she looks closer, she realizes Shippou is missing! Separated from the others, Shippou wakes up alone.
Miroku offers to go out and look with Kirara, and Inu Yasha gets all argumentative that he's as good a tracker of any. Kagome argues that she needs Inu to stay and protect her [even though Sango is right there].
When Miroku finds him, Shippou is sorry he had to come and search. Miroku says it's okay- Kagome and the others are safe in the village. They bond and Miroku says he'll be Shippou's dad.
After a while, Shippou is asleep and Inu Yasha appears. Miroku asks if he followed him, and Inu says it's nothing. Miroku says they should camp out there, as Shippou is tired, and he has to be nice now that he's a parent. Inu Yasha awkwardly says he didn't have parents either and goes to sit by himself. They talk about how they've been lonely, and joke around a bit. Miroku is worried about Shippou being woken up, so they go a ways away, and Inu Yasha kisses him. Miroku freaks out over his intentions, and Inu tries to be sweet and explain himself.
Miroku thinks on his friends- he has people that are really important to him. The next morning he wakes up with Inu, who accuses him of looking at him funny. He asks if he's cold. Miroku says Inu Yasha should be cold too- but maybe not, he is a dog after all.
Shippou wakes up, and Miroku flips Inu Yasha into a pond, greeting him awkwardly. Shippou asks Inu if it's cold in there- he says he just needed to take a bath.

Title: 黄金の鍵
Pair: Inu Yasha/Miroku

Plot: Inu Yasha and Miroku are out and find an injured fox. Inu Yasha suggests they go back to get medicine, but it's too late- it's died. Miroku is sentimental about it, but Inu digs a hole and Miroku gives it a proper burial.
Inu Yasha asks if he's found it- Miroku says yes, he found the “key”. It was hidden in Kagome's bosom? It flashes back to Kagome losing it.
Inu Yasha chews Miroku out for keeping it. They argue about the whole thing for a long while.
The next day they have a bath and continue on their journey. Inu Yasha goes off on his own and thinks about Miroku, how he's strong and good.
He returns and opens up to him- being intimate.
Afterward, he gives Inu the key, and says they better go.

Title: ワンダフル

Plot: Sesshomaru comes to Inu Yasah's forest while his brother is still asleep, pinned to the tree. He comments on how this inferior demon is still here. Sesshomaru's servant asks why he came- he thinks they should leave because Inu is worthless and won't wake up.
Rin says she's hungry, and asks if they can eat. She and the servant end up arguing because he says this isn't play time, and she's obstinate.
Later it cuts to Inu Yasha thinking about slaughter. He's in human form. Miroku comes in and asks if he's cold, and where's Kagome. She's returned home.
Inu Yasha is getting restless and wants to go out, but Miroku says he needs to rest. When he argues, Miroku kisses him, and says if he doesn't want to rest, he'll show him other ways to take it easy. Inu Yasha starts worrying over the things he's done, and what he is. Miroku says it doesn't matter what the world thinks, Inu Yasha is himself.
Next story Inu Yasha is squaring off against his brother and thinks back to their childhood. He's upset because the townspeople were making fun of him for being a half demon. He takes Sesshomaru's hand and remarks on how it's warm and says his mom had similar hands. Sesshomaru tears his hand away and storms off, thinking he's glad he's a killer, he's not got kindness in any part of him.
Back in the present, Inu is mocking Sesshomaru's ability. Sesshomaru thinks that this half demon brother of his, they're always clashing- and yet, he used to like him.
Then it goes back to Sesshomaru in the forest with Inu Yasha asleep pinned to the tree- Sesshomaru picks up a lot of grass and builds a nest? for Inu. Sesshomaru's servant still doesn't know why they came.

Title: 月に祈る

Plot: Miroku notes that Inu Yasha has been quiet- is he ok?
Inu says his body feels heavy- Miroku says he should have told him, and that they should rest. Inu says he'll be OK. Soon he'll change into a human, but he strives against it.
Miroku tells him some encouraging words- what he strives for- to be the best.
Eventually Inu succumbs and falls asleep under a tree. Miroku cuddles up to him. He thinks about how he feels, but Inu wakes up and tells him to stop. Miroku says nobody's coming.
He talks to Inu about how he feels and while they're being intimate, the change starts and Inu Yasha ends up as a human. He's very conscious of how he looks and his strength diminishing, but Miroku tells him it's fascinating, the way he looks and is now.
Kagome is probably worrying, they think, and Inu quickly gets dressed. He's upset with what he felt. Inu transforms back, but Miroku won't stop mentioning the softer side he saw.
The next story Inu Yasha says he wants the moon. Miroku says he's acting weird, but it's OK, he understands what he's saying.
They're intimate, and afterward, Miroku reflects on the two sides of his friend.
