As repayment for saving Cloud, Zax makes him take care of him.
Second story is Zax and Cloud in ShinRa. They go to parties where Zax is talking to ShinRa scientists and Cloud makes trouble.
Third story is very sketchy, and has multiple scenarios of what happens when Zax and Cloud live together.
The fourth story is about Zax coming to terms with how he feels about Cloud.
The last three stories are short no-plots of Zax/Cloud.

Plot: Cid and Vincent return from a battle, where the latter has to transform. Afterward, he goes to bath because he hates the smell of blood. Cid keeps him company at the shore.
Vincent asks for a cigarette, to get rid of the taste of blood in his mouth, but Cid has a more provocative offer of how to make him feel better.
In another battle, Cid, Vincent and Yuffie are surrounded by insect monsters. Vincent says he'll transform to get the upper hand, but Cid tells him not to depend on that power, and takes the blows. But Vincent ends up getting hit anyway, protecting Yuffie. He collapses.
Later, back home, Yuffie tells Vincent that Cid was really protective and took care of the rest of the battle in his absence.
Vincent blames himself for Cid's wounds, which annoys Cid- he hates Vincent's self-depreciating personality (Vincent freaks out at the word "hate" being used, and also that Cid mentions he's wasted his life sleeping).
Cid proposes a compromise, that Vincent "pay him back". They start getting intimate, and Cid admits he loves Vincent, who reacts really surprised.
Afterward, Cid tells Vincent to stay and help him sleep.

The last two stories are really funny, one tells how Safer Sephiroth bores the party to death by doing physics to calculate how the meteor will fall. The final story is a Final Fantasy Tactics crossover where Cloud meets up with FFT Aerith but runs away. He then sees Elmdor and thinks he's Sephiroth, but it is clearly Elmdor because of his costume and that Lede and Celia (Elmdor's assassins) are in the background along with other FFT characters.

The final story has a beginning of Cid and Vincent getting closer (literally) as Cid wants to see Vin pleasure himself, and the latter obliges. The next day Vincent seems sore and irritable, so Aeries gives him medication for PMS, much to Cid's amusement and Vincent's embarrassment.
Even after deciding he'll confess to his friend, Cid is completely oblivious, and keeps treating Vincent as a comrade.

Sephiroth instead starts taunting him about his emotions. Cloud gets upset and denies caring about anything, then breaks down and starts strangling Sephiroth.
He thinks back to why he wanted to become a Soldier, and what kind of a man Sephiroth used to be.
In the past, a monster was in Nebelheim, and Cloud was injured. Sephiroth killed the beast and healed Cloud. Young Cloud, curious about his hero, asked Sephiroth if he stayed in Nebelheim solely for work.
Sephiroth says it's for Soldier business, and Cloud realizes that's why the older man is so strong; he admits he wants to be strong like that as well.
In the present, Cloud is overcome with memories of all the people Sephiroth has taken away from him, but despite that, Cloud's will begins to weaken, and he gives in.

Back with the team they try to figure it out- Cloud is typically confused, and Yuffie wonders if it’s a shock that caused the whole mix up and if another tumble won’t reverse it. She makes them fall down the stairs, but all it does is irritate everybody.
That night Cid wants to take a bath, but Vincent doesn’t want him to see his body (which would be difficult, since Cid is IN the body) so he blindfolds him. After, Cid has lots of questions like if he'll have nightmares, and if they should return to the forest tomorrow.
The next day Cid is rested and rowdy, and acts like his usual lecherous self, goaded on by how people react to him doing lewd things in Vincent’s body. Annoyed, Vincent comes to stop him, but the two get side-tracked. Cid is amazed at how great he looks, and Vincent is pissed off Cid doesn't dress himself properly. Vincent says it's OK if Cid wants to smoke while in his body, but Cid says it's fine without it.
Later Yuffie is starting at Vincent [in Cid's body] and the real Cid starts teasing her for a kiss and whatnot. Vincent sees himself acting happy (with Cid’s personality), and is troubled by his own glum feelings. Annoyed at himself, that he can't even be happy with such a usually happy face in place of his own, Vincent gets in a bad mood and demands they go back to the forest.
Cid is happy along the way, discussing battle tactics and how he wants to play around some more when they are cornered by monsters. Cid is forced to experience the rage transformations in Vincent’s body. Luckily another shock during the battle puts them right, and the two are back in their original selves and defeat the monster.
Back home, Yuffie is disappointed they turned back. Cid says they're heading upstairs and asks if Vincent is OK, after the limit break? Vincent says he's 'used to it' and Cid laughs. He says he can't compite with somebody so strong and hugs Vincent. Vincent thinks he can't compete with Cid's smile.

When leaving practice one day, Cloud meets Sephiroth, who starts to seduce him in the hallway. Cloud hears a meeting starting in the room behind them, and becomes hesitant.
Sephiroth encourages him to say what he wants, plainly.
In the end, he says he wants Sephiroth.

Plot: It's after Meteor, and Cid and Vincent are guns for hire.
Cid wants to go to Nibelehiem mansion for a job- but secretly Vincent doesn't want to. Regardless, he follows Cid to the mansion, where he starts to feel bad. He says it's the bad air in the house- but Cid picks up on his friend acting weird since morning.
Cid explores on his own, and finds Hojo's secret lab- on the computer there are files labeled "Vincent Valentine". Narrated by Hojo, the files show Vincent's torture and the terrible experiments that were done to him to test limit break endurance.
Seeing this, Cid becomes enraged at Hojo- he's so distracted he doesn't see Vincent come into the room until too late. Vincent is horrified that Cid saw the tapes, and knows what happened to him. Overcome, he collapses.
Cid takes him home, and makes sure Vincent is okay. When the latter awakes, Cid tries to make small talk, but Vincent flies into embarrassed hysteria, claiming his heart is dead and he's a monster meant only for other monsters. Cid leaps on him, and says it's HE who has the weak heart, because he hid feelings for so long- he loves Vincent.
After some time Cid leaves to finish the job in Nibelehiem. As he watches him leave, Vincent comes to realize Cid won't give up on this- but he hates to see Cid angry.
Cid returns to destroy Hojo's lab. Afterward he gets a call from Shera- and apologizes.
When Cid returns it's to find Vincent on the side of a cliff- Cid saves him, and demands where he thought he was going without him. Vincent says he doesn't want to ruin it between Cid and Shera- which makes Cid angry. He explains it's not like that, he loves Vincent.
But Vincent doesn't understand. Cid hugs him and says he will -but he has to stay alive to learn.

Plot: Zack and his team are out collecting monster samples; other teams are stationed in surrounding villages.
They discuss their orders and the strong system SOLDIER has built up.
He's given the code to enter camp, and despite the danger Zack knows about they go forward.
In the camp Zack meets with his old friend Alec. The latter starts calling Zack by all his titles and Zack gets all upset. Then they spot Sephiroth, and Zack is surprised to see "the real thing", Alec says he is often around the base.
Sephiroth comes over and exchanges military rank with Alec, then briefs him on the samples found in North Correl. While searching they've sent Black Hawk helicopters to sweep the area, and the resulting ranger reports have had difficulty, Sephiroth explains.
Sephiroth bids Zack to come with him when Cloud comes over their com channel. While he's reporting, Sephiroth thinks what a young voice he has.
Two people are requested for back-up, and Zack and Sephiroth go to meet them while receiving notification.
They confront the monster and Sephiroth easily defeats it- they return with a sample, which Zack complains was very heavy.
Cloud comes to join them- Zack asks Alec if he's an intern, but no he's a ranger that's often there. Alec has to leave, and Zack is annoyed that Cloud is left in his and Sephiroth's care.
Alec chats with Cloud for a bit before they leave, and Zack asks if Cloud ever gets a word in.
Alec says they should just see his face- and Zack questions what he means.
They speak a bit more about the mission and the outskirts of the town.
Then Cloud takes off his helmet and all the Soldiers start whistling, much to Zack and Alec's horror.
Eventually Zack comes around and comments on all the fuss Cloud causes. He teases him for a bit and Sephiroth is annoyed at their noisiness.

Plot: Cloud uses bolt against a dragon.
Later Sephiroth is reading his report and is impressed with his skill as is Zack. But the job ahead is dangerous, which worries Zack- Cloud says it's okay, he'll do it. Sephiroth tentatively agrees to bring him along- Zack wonders how the monster encounters will go.
Sephiroth is curious about Cloud's serious demeanor- and why he acts the way he does.
He asks if Cloud is okay, and being noticed Cloud talks it off. However, he's not feeling well, and as the mission begins he starts feeling ill.
A dragon attacks, and he uses Blizzard to dispel it. Sephiroth rushes up and asks if he's Ok. Cloud tries to say "yes, thank you", but collapses into Sephiroth's arms. Zack and another Soldier meet them, Sephiroth tells Cloud to hang on- he has a bad fever.
He asks for a medic, but monsters attack. Sephiroth tells Zack and the other Soldier to take care of it, but one slips through, just as Cloud gets worse.
It heads toward Cloud and Sephiroth, and the latter casts Ultima.
Cloud awakes in a medical tent. Alec asks if he's ok. Cloud immediately gets up and asks about the mission. Alec tells him to hurry up and regain his senses.
Zack describes what happened, and Cloud is very apologetic. The other Soldiers think he shouldn't have been told.
Sephiroth comes in and asks if Cloud is OK, and says they should both rest.
He gives Cloud a bangle that will help his energy. Cloud is tentative to take it, but Sephiroth reassures him that it'll help him in the future.
Cloud thanks him.
Sephiroth thinks it's the first time he saw Cloud smile.

Plot: Cid and Vincent go to meet Sheruku, who's a bit evasive of Vincent and acts weird- she tries to explain something that just confuses Cid until they actually enter the building and see a man sitting there- he lunges at Vincent for a hug. Cid breaks them up and is like "wait a second" and asks who the heck this guy is. Vincent says it's his "old man", and both Cid and the man exclaim OLD MAN? Then Vincent's father hits him and says he's to be called "papa" or "father", not "old man", and he should spank Vincent for saying such a thing! Vincent draws his gun on his dad and has to be held back by Sheruku and Cait Sith- Cid demands and explanation, which Vincent's dad misunderstands and simply explains the sweetness of respect. Cid is like "is that really an explanation..." [for such a confusing situation]. Vincent's dad is introduced as Grimoire Valentine. Sheruku says anyways, she'll continue searching for the answer [Cait Sith comes along to help]. Cid says that Grimoire should lend some info, and he thinks indeed he has things to tell Cid- he ends up talking about Vincent when he was kid - Vincent doesn't appreciate that and kicks him in the face. He flashes back to when Vincent was a kid- he didn't want his dad to be late, and very cutely says it's better to greet him when he's early. But says he's OK, anyway. Cid and Grimoire are overcome by the cuteness and bond over it. They discuss Jenova and how to get the data from the 'net. Grimoire mentions Chaos and Vincent gets offended and storms off.
Cid asks what's up, and he says that guy died in an accident during research- of Chaos. Cid doesn't understand. He goes to Sheruku and Cait Sith- who asks where Vincent is [he went off to be alone]. Cid asks about Sheruku's dad- who was killed. She explains that Lucretia was part of the reason Chaos is inside Vincent, and he's a killer.
Grimoire finds Vincent and they have a heart to heart, wherein they discuss Chaos and Vincent's salvation- Vincent thinks the world too needs to find it, and Grimoire is proud of his son's rhetoric. He disappears. Vincent comes back inside- Cid asks where his dad went. He trails off- but then Grimoire shows up on the computer and goes back to asking about having a bath with his son, to which Vincent freaks out.

Plot: Forward begins with Vincent reminiscing on Lucretia- he loved her, but couldn't protect her.
The group are coming into Midgar; they're all taking about what they want to do, but Vincent is silent.
Tifa drags them all to Wall Market [despite almost everybody wanting to leave the place the minute they get there] and insists Cloud shop with her. Vincent asks if there's a gun shop near by, Cloud shows him where [Yuffie wants to escape with him but can't go in the shop, so gets stuck with Tifa].
The gun shop keep takes a liking to Vincent and says they do other service, he takes him in the back to a girl named Laila. Vincent thinks it's Lucretia -but she says she's not that person- and introduces herself. They talk for a bit, and she makes sure Vincent isn't put off by her Makou eye. She talks about her involvement with Soldier, and seems pretty at ease with it.
Vincent can't help but recall Lucretia, and sees that Laila too has Jenvoa treatment.
She begs Vincent not to go, and he agrees not to [seeing the same strength in her as Lucretia had].
Suddenly Soldier attacks the shop, saying they're harboring terrorists.
Meanwhile, Cloud, Yuffie and Tifa are shopping and hear the ruckus. The Soldiers track down Barret and Cid at the restaurant, saying they've found the terrorists.
Vincent is easily mowing down the Soldiers who invaded the shop, but Laila begs him to stop- she thinks back to the Soldier she knew and would wait forever for. She recognizes him and goes to him. In the confusion, Vincent is shot.
Just as the Soldier that shot him is about to finish the job, the gang shows up and saves him. But in the fray, Laila starts transforming from Jenova. Her boyfriend Soldier asks if she's okay, and she tells him to run- she's changing. She'll kill everybody.
She turns into a monster that starts attacking everybody- Vincent wonders if this is Lucretia's form?
The others yell at him to get out of the way. He thinks back to what Lucretia's spirit told him about Sephiroth, and wonders how such a thing can happen even though he's dead. He makes the decision to kill Laila- but Cloud jumps in and defeats her in a way that she transforms back to her human self.
Vincient points the gun at her- everybody tells him to stop. He doesn't shoot her, and tells the Soldier to protect her properly. Everybody is relieved.
Later Vincent is by himself; Cloud approaches him. Vincent says that technique he used earlier was impressive. He doesn't know what would have happened without the help.
Cloud says they'll always be there to help- together.

Plot: Yuffie's complaining about how bored she is, that she and Red never get called to duty for Cloud. She wanders off to see what the others are up to.
Meanwhile, Cid is reading the paper and asks what Vincent's doing. Vincent is organizing his Materia, and Cid is worried that if he stacks too many he'll lose HP and become the weak point of the team. Cid gives him what appears to be a master HP matera, and Vincent argues that he can't possible take it. Cid says he's got another one, it's Vincent's if he wants it.
They argue for a bit before Yuffie intercedes, saying it looks like they're having a lover's spat. Now about that free time- Cid says he's very busy [but Vincent says otherwise]. Yuffie butts in to say she has a proposal, and Cid yells at her. Eventually she tells them they should go find their own fun.
When Cloud comes home, he finds they're all playing a weird card game that Yuffie has invented. She's overly excited by the whole thing, and Cid keeps losing. He says it's dumb, and Yuffie makes him draw straws, which turns him into a chocobo. They each take their turns drawing straws, and it comes to Vincent. He and Cid battle it out, but finally the last costume is drawn. Vincent ends up as a nurse, and everybody thinks the costume is a bit small. Aerith offers to do his hair up, and Cloud is miffed Vincent makes a better girl.
Suddenly Red bursts in and says there's big trouble with ruffians attacking civilians aboard the ship. Still in costume, the team dispatches them.
The civilians are all happy that they're saved. Yuffie says Vincent was the first to fight, and Vincent grudgingly says the costume inspired him.
The old man they saved asks one more thing 'what are you' and there's a game selection box with stuff like 'space travelers' 'cosplayers' etc.

Plot: First short is Cid first opening Vincent's coffin. Vincent immediately loves him, and Cid slams it closed. Cloud says they have to complete the mission, so Cid opens it again and invites Vincent. He says he'll go anywhere if it's with Cid. Cid slams the coffin closed again.
Next story Cid and Cloud are chatting and Vin wonders what the former thinks of him. He wants Cid to look at him, so he brushes by him. Cid doesn't look. He keeps doing more radical things until Cid gets infuriated and grabs him. Finally! He looks at him... It's then Vincent realizes Cid's straight. He runs off in a huff.
Cloud berates Cid for upsetting a teammate and that they need to work together!
Cid chases after him, but Vincent won't face him. He pulls his face toward him, and Vincent becomes so overcome that he passes out. Cid is like ARE YOU OK.

Next serious story, Lucretia beckons Vincent. He wonders if this is a dream, and she says no. She bids him to come with her, but he feels he shouldn't go.
He's very distraught over what he's lost, he wakes to find Cid saying he'll catch a cold sleeping where he is [at a table]. Cid tells him to come to bed and hugs him. Vincent feels grateful and falls into a restful sleep. Cid is a bit irritated that nothing more happened.

Next story is a short where Cloud is like 'I brought the black materia, Sephiroth, come and see!' Sephiroth appears and Cloud rips off his own clothes. All onlookers are horrified.
Next story Cloud is in his mako coma and Vincent is trying to get him to stand up by himself. Vincent drops a pair of panties and says to never mind, that's Tifa's special item. He rips off his cape and shows he's weraing Cid's briefs, and says those are Cid's special items. Cid comes in and tells him to stop doing such weird things.
Comatose Cloud starts twitching and they wonder if he's waking up.

Next short Cloud and Zack are bathing- Zack asks Cloud to wash his back, which is oddly dirty. He makes a joke about it not being the only place and Cloud freaks out.
Outside Sephiroth is listening and starts yelling at them.
Next short Cloud is in school and has a crush on Zack. He give shim a band-aid when he cuts his finger.
Next story Cloud is in a field. Zack asks what he's doing- oh, looking at cherry blossoms. Zack says it's happened so fast, that Cloud has become part of the ranks. He remembers when he was just a kid- but he's still as cute.
Cloud laughs and says he thought, back then, then he would always be alone, but now he's not.
Zacks kisses him, and thinks he's done something wrong. He brushes it off, but Cloud says it's ok, even though they're guys, since it's Zack, he likes it.

Plot: Yuffie busts in, saying that there is a problem at the station. Cloud is too relaxed about it and it pisses her off- isn't he their leader? Vincent is also against going and Tifa argues with him. He tells her her plan is too wishful.
Sephiroth comes in and adds to the argument by telling Vincent he's not the sort to take risks so he'll make him.
Cloud jumps in finally set to action but starts arguing with Vincent.
Next story Sephiroth finds Vincent in Nebleihem and says he can use him -oddly, as a housewife. He makes him clean and cook and please him.
Vincent feels very put upon, as Sephiroth never helps, and one day when Sephiroth returns from the chocobo races and demands dinner, he finds a note from Vincent saying that he's left.
Zack picks him up and comments on how few bags he's got. He asks where Vincent wants to go, and Vincent says he just wants to do something fun. They return to Zack's house and he helps Vincent out with laundry. Vincent thinks he's a nice person, and they kiss. Right when they're in the middle of getting intimate, Cloud bursts in asking Zack if he wants to go somewhere to eat, but stops short. He's all upset to see Vincent there.
Vincent thinks that they're probably a couple and he's messed something up, so he writes this long heartfelt note [that Zack doesn't understand] and leaves.
He goes to see Cid and hears that Cid has liked him for a while. They help each other out and are intimate. But Vincent realizes he must prove that he can be on his own. He leaves Cid a note explaining. He's out on the street when he meets up with Cloud, who accuses him of being on the prowl for Zack. Vincent apologizes for coming between them, and Cloud is surprised- he says he's just Zack's friend, but he likes Vincent.
Cut to Lucretia and Hojo analyzing Sephiroth's behavior. Tseng asks about this study, and the two say this is their hobby more than anything.
Vincent overhears and wonder about Sephiroth's state of affairs.

Title: Just Like Paradise

Plot: Cloud-Piyo has writer's block. He welcomes Zack home who has returned from work. Cloud says Sephiroth's been away all day and he's worried. Zack asks what he's written about in his journal and Cloud-Piyo says that's the trouble- he can't think of anything.
Cloud comes in and asks what Zack is doing in Sephiroth's room and who he's chatting with. He sees Cloud-Piyo and thinks he's SO cute. But they have the same name, so Cloud proposes he calls the chick Cloud-Piyo. He asks if it's ok if they play together. Zack says that sounds lame and he'll stay in the house.
He has a bath and fantasizes about Cloud.
Cloud comes in [with Cloud-Piyo] and tricks Zack into thinking he'll get naked. Zack gets all embarrassed and sinks into the water, which gives him a fainting spell. Out of the bath, Cloud apologizes and starts kissing him. Zack is worried that Sephiroth will come home, but Cloud gets a mischievous look and says it'll be ok, they can play. Zack wonders wonders how such dirty things come from such an angelic face.
Cloud tells Zack to be quiet and take him.
Cloud-Piyo witnesses it and remembers when he walked in on Cloud and Sephiroth and they invited him and he ran away.
Suddenly he has a lot to write about in his journal.
Zack wonders what he's writing and Cloud-Piyo is very secretive, which makes Zack suspicious and embarrassed after what he witnessed the previous night. He begs to read it, and has an idea that Cloud is much more devilish than he seems, which upsets him.

Title: Love Maze

Plot: After a fight, Vincent is feeling bad and Cloud offers him a power up. Cid says Vincent is too weak! His stamina and moves- he starts prodding him to show where his weakness is, and accidentally knocks him into water.
Hojo appears and asks what they dropped in his pond. He starts pulling out different Vincents and listing off their qualities. The real Vincent tries to fight, but Hojo puts him to sleep. Vincent refuses and Hojo gets angry at his disobedience and starts introducing even more bizarre clones.
Vincent gets fed up and clocks Hojo with his rolling punch attack. However, they're left with all the clones all around.
Then there are a bunch of short sketch gags.
Next story, Vincent is saying how he's envious of Cid. Cloud butts in to say the protect Materia will be master level soon. Vincent realizes that Cid protected him because of the Materia and says let's battle to Cloud. Cid protects him again and kind of smacks him in the process. He says [all bloodied] thank you Cid, and Cid punches Cloud out of the way to also 'protect' him.
Next story Barret sees Vincent leaving and wonders where he plans to go. He sees Vincent beating the crap out of a Shinra voodoo doll. Barret bonds with him.
Next story Vincent wanders into Cait Sith's room and sees Reeve changing out of the suit. He tries to run but Reeve stops him saying he misunderstood. Vincent keeps asking who the heck he is.
Next Cloud + co find Vincent in his coffin and he leaps up asking if they know Sephiroth. He loses his balance and smacks his head on the wall.

Title: Scar

Plot: After training all the SOLDIERs are wondering what to do. Zack starts playing around with Cloud and all the others leave, knowing Zack is insufferable. Cloud tells him to stop and Sephiroth comes up. Zack asks what's so good about that guy, and Cloud says he's nice, that's all.
Zack argues that Cloud's going to get hurt, Sephiroth isn't at all how he thinks: he doesn't laugh, he doesn't cry, he doesn't FEEL. There isn't anybody he likes at all. Cloud runs away, upset.
He sits at home waiting for Sephiroth, who is late. When he returns he told Cloud he wasn't supposed to wait up.
Cloud says he wanted to talk- but notices Sephiroth has an injury. Seph says it's not from today, and Cloud wonders what it's from, as he sees more scars.
Sephiroth says Cloud has something on his mind? A good soldier is like a robot, and controlls what's in his head. Cloud thinks back to what Zack said, and how SOLDIERs are supposed to be merciless.
Sephiroth goes on to say that injuries are from mistakes, losing control, and since that time he's learned. Cloud bursts out crying and says he's cruel. Sephiroth softens and says he's not bitter, nor cruel, and it's OK to cry.
Cloud starts kissing Sephiroth's scars, and Seph asks what he's doing. Cloud says he wants him to be ok, and starts disrobing. Sephiroth tells him to go to bed, because he has to get up early. Cloud says it's ok, and Sephiroth says but he's crying... Cloud says he'll cry since Sephiroth can't. Sephiroth says, then that's ok.
They start getting intimate and Cloud wonders if this will erase the bad memories?
Afterward Sephiroth holds his chest. Cloud asks if it hurts and apologizes. Sephiroth says no, it's his heart that feels pain. Cloud says that's good. Sephiroth thinks that he's the weak one, in comparison to Cloud, who has such strong emotions.

Plot: Vincent points out that Cloud's sword is dragging on the ground. Cid says it's the sort of thing one shoudn't mention, and Cloud apologizes. Cid walks off saying it's OK.
They stay at a hotel for the night and hear weird voices. Cloud cuddles up to Vincent and Yuffie sees them, and keeps thinking they make a good pair and being all coy about what she saw.
Later Cid comes to see cloud. Tifa is sleeping so they go outside. Cid lifts Cloud up and points out all the many stars. He thinks to the first time they flew and how it was. Cloud says there are just as many great things on the ground and Cid laughs at him. He says it's strange how they're sharing their dreams, and the way he says it reminds Cloud of Zack. He starts to get upset, thinking that JENOVA resides inside him, so what dreams can he have?
Cid says, he just needs to be stronger.
Tifa rushes up and asks what Cloud's doing out here all alone.
He's fallen asleep and his friends try to wake him to no avail- he's having a very deep dream. Cid thinks this place has that effect on people.
Later, on the air ship, Cloud asks Vincent what he plans to do after this is all over. He says "who knows", and Cloud points out no matter what he asks the other man, he always responds in that way. Vincent flicks him and asks the same question back, after all, with JENOVA in them, it may never be over.
Cloud says "who knows" and decides there's no point to dwell on these things.

Plot: Veld tells the Turks to take a vacation during a meeting.
After, Reno complains about how long that seems. He suggests he and Rude go drinking, but the latter says he has to work early tomorrow.
Reno notices Katana leaving and invites him instead. Katana tries to get out of it, but Reno is insistent. At his house, Katana gets pissed off because Reno drinks so much. Reno tells him to calm down and Katana ends up asking for his help with something he's not good at.
Reno says he should have a drink- and after some coaxing, Katana agrees. He throws back a drink and starts to understand what Reno was talking about, this feeling...
He asks why Reno teased him, he knew he didn't drink. He accuses Reno of being a fake, and Reno responds that he's just a joker.
Katana then passes out and Reno thinks he's really weak with alcohol. He tells him to wake up, he should go home and eat something. He kisses his sleeping colleague, and then thinks it's bad, so he gets in a cab.
He starts thinking that Katana has a cute face when he sleeps, and rationalizes that he's got free time, so why not play?
He molests him a bit more then puts Katana to bed and waits for him to wake up. When he does, Katana is confused and wonders how he got to his room- did Reno bring him?
Reno says to wait a second, and pulls him back on the bed. Katana tells him to stop playing around, and Reno says it's for real. He asks what Katana will do, and when the other doesn't respond, he says it's not so bad, is it?
They kiss, and after a while Katana tells him to stop and gets dressed. He says he's going to take it easy on his vacation.
Reno says that's fine, after tonight, Katana is his slave.

Vincent wonders where they will go today, and Cid says he'll stay home and house-sit in Cait Sith. It starts to rain and Vincent apologizes again, and Cid asks what now? Vincent says he stepped on a spider yesterday.
After all the irritation Cid says they should go home.
Then there are a bunch of short gags about Vincent, Hojo and Lucretia.
Next story Yuffie is searching for Vincent, wondering if he's been doing any work. She asks Red where his fellow beast is [Red is like what?] and they find that Vincent is asleep in his coffin.
Cut to Vincent with the Turks having an interview. He worries Yuffie, in all her kindness, will come looking for him. Tseng asks him regular interview questions about his previous employment and Vincent thinks back to taking his first job, and freaks out over the 'blanks' in his resume. So he tells the entire story of his employment, and what happened to him with Hojo, and it's so long that the Turks start to fall asleep. When he gets back Yuffie is all 'what do you mean you went to a job interview?' and Cid wonders about employment for older folks.

Plot: Yuffie busts in on Cid + Vin, who are resting, yells "demon get out!" and whips beans at Cid. Cid is like WTF and chases after her while Vincent inspects the beans.
Cloud wonders if it's a hometown tradition, sowing beans like that.
They understand that it's to ward off an omen, but Cid is still angry that Yuffie for messing up his ship. She offers to clean the chocobos.
Yuffie then says that for good health they should each eat their age worth of beans. Vincent should eat 57. Cid says he doesn't believe it- then notices Vincent chowing down.
He starts begging for water as Yuffie runs away; Vincent says he doesn't feel better at all.
Yuffie explains more of the tradition and produces demon outfits. Cid gets excited at the idea of Vincent dressing up in them.
Vincent is like: no. But Yuffie is persistent that it's a festival! He should- and Cloud agrees. He says Vincent can do it as part of his atonement. He starts getting depressed about his sins, and Cid breaks in, saying his waiting for him to choose a hand [for his punishment]. He ends up in a Lum costume. Cid says it's nice, but Yuffie thinks it's mortifying. Regardless, they chuck the beans at him yelling 'demon get out' and he runs away. Cid gets all riled up for the chase, and Yuffie and Cloud admit they're to blame as well for this.
Vincent runs into Barret who wonders why he's dressed like that. Vincent apologizes to him, then uses him as a shield against the beans. He runs past Cait Sith and Red, the latter says he just saw Lum. The original 3 corner Vincent, and Yuffie is like 'what are you doing Cid, you forgot your beans?'. Vincent says Cid's doing the tradition wrong and leaps away majestically [which Cid finds quite impressive].
Vincent ends up twisting his ankle in his flight, and Cid finally finds him. He says as a prize he should get a kiss- which Vincent questions the tradition of. He starts trying to kiss him and jostles Vincent's hurt leg. Cid asks what happened, and Vincent is like- don't you remember chasing me everywhere?? Cid apologizes and carries Vincent to safety, then takes his place as the demon.
When the others are like 'oh, so we chase Cid now', Vincent is like 'wait'. Then shows up in combat gear decked out in packets of beans.
Tifa comes home to see them chasing and thinks it looks like they had fun.

Next comic it's night on the Highwind. Vincent asks Cloud what's up? Is he sleepy? Cloud passes out. Next features the stand-by crew waiting for Cloud to call. Vincent is sure he'll be phoned soon.

Elena is doing secretarial work and Scarlet gives her a hard time. Elena is smitten by Tseng, who seems to be the only looker in the company.
Next story Yuffie says she was speaking to that big dog [Red 13] and Cloud says it's more like a lion. Yuffie and Cid drop by a friend's house after a fight to discuss the situation. Yuffie asks to stay and Cid thinks she's being rude. Cid wonders about the previous people who stayed there- and Yuffie asks, previous guests? Cid says yes, he was surprised.
Flash back to Cid talking to Vincent, who says he saw a dream. It wasn't a bad one- and it featured a place. Cid has a little chat with him about how he's changed, and that he doesn't have to do things alone.
Cut to Yuffie eating while Cid works- Vincent says he's going to bed and bids her goodnight. Yuffie is pleased with his politeness and says Cid better watch out. Cid is like- what? You're not Vincent's type. Last bit is Rufus asking to see what Hojo has created. Hojo shows the new enemy and Rufus says it's good- very powerful.

Plot: Angeal tells Zack he's late. Zack says there aren't any monsters, and Angeel berates him. It starts to rain and he suggests they return, this isn't the time to be playing around as it's dangerous. They stop under a tree and Angeal says that they could wait it out since the mountain's weather will soon clear.
He says Zack's getting wet, and shouldn't stay out here. It would be bad if he caught a cold.
Zack gets upset because Angeal treats him like a kid; he says he's a SOLDIER. Zack spots some monsters and goes after them with gusto. Angeal thinks to himself that Zack is indeed just playing around. He calls his attention and Zack says he's buys; Angeal says they have trouble, and are surrounded. Zack tries to fight to prove himself as a SOLDIER, but Angeal ends up protecting him. He says that Zack will become strong, that he has potential. Zack wonders about his potential. Angeal asks what his dream is. He says it's to become 1st class, isn't it? Well then he shouldn't be spacing out! And hits Zack on the head. This time when enemies come, Angeal doesn't help and Zack faces them.
Afterward Zack is tired; Angeal says this isn't time to rest- it's time to go home.
Zack gets excited and asks if Angeal really isn't tired? And runs off toward home.

Plot: The first comic Cloud meets Zack for the first time and the latter is a little TOO gregarious. The comic makes fun of his nicknames. Sephiroth comes by to say there's a meeting and Zack is all 'fiine' and Sephiroth's like 'it's YES SIR'. Cloud immediately falls for him. Zack asks what the big deal is and Cloud starts listing off all the reasons Sephiroth is exactly his type, and says he wants to know him so badly! Zack gets irritated and says if he wants to, do it on his own! And chucks him at Sephiroth. Sephiroth mistakes him for a chocobo and Cloud says no, he's a person, a person with a question he wanted to ask. Sephiroth is like fine, what is it?
Cloud asks what his type is -Zack is like !!!! so direct- Sephiroth doesn't get the question, and Cloud explains that Sephiroth is his aspiration. Sephiroth is flattered by the gesture and Cloud takes it too far, asking all these personal questions about Sephiroth's bathing habits and whatnot.
Sephiroth gets pissed and starts beating on Zack for bringing such a weird kid with bizarre questions to him. Cloud thanks Zack for making him and Sephiroth a bit closer; Zack says he shouldn't thank him when he's getting slaughtered. Sephiroth thinks Zack is a pervert.
Then there are a bunch of shorts like Cloud finding a better way to travel, Zack saying it's Valentine and wants chocolate from Cloud [Cloud says only WOMEN give it, and Zack gets upset], Sephiroth comes by with chocolate for Zack, whose all impressed until Sephiroth said he got a dump truck full from all his fans.
Next story is Zack and Aerith getting together and being all nervous. Sephiroth witnesses them and gets freaked out by the exchange.
Next story Sephiroth gets tickets from a restaurant he frequents as a thank you for protecting them. He doesn't quite know how it works, and intimidates the people who run the game into having him win. He returns and the three of them argue where to have dinner. Zack keeps shooting down the romantic ideas and they end up going to a bar; Cloud complains that he can't drink, and Sephiorth says just juice for him. Zack and Sephiroth share a beer and Sephiroth smiles at the idea of them being friends. Zack gets over-exuberant and knocks food on Seph who gets mad; Cloud says nice things and he calms down but Zack butts in to say this isn't a love comic! They end up saying they had a good time- and Zack asks what color ball Sephiroth got anyway, to win the tickets? Seph obviously didn't win.
Last comic is a slightly more serious one about Zack and Sephiroth fighting as comrades in the war.

The soldiers are watching a show where a woman gets hypnotized to want to do a guy. They want to try it out; Zack and Cloud walk in and Zack is all joking about what they're watching but suddenly cloud becomes hypnotized and suddenly wants Zack. Zack is like '!! no way' and drags him off before he can do anything embarrassing. Outside he tries to get through to Cloud by saying to stop joking around and listen to him. Cloud hugs him and another Shinra employee walks by and asks what's going on. Zack says Cloud is sick and has a fever; the employee says he DOES look red in the face. He offers to tell Sephiroth for them and Zack is all NO THAT'S OK. While he's thinking of what to do Cloud runs off and prepositions another guy. Zack resolves to take him back to his room. Cloud gets all clingy and tells Zack not to let him go.
Back at Zack's place, he tries to UN-hypnotize Cloud a bunch of ways, but Cloud still wants him. Zack can't resist his charms and ends up kissing Cloud until there's phone call from Sephiroth asking how Cloud is feeling. Zack is all 'that guy told!' and says it's FINE he's resting!
Zack tries one more time to fix Cloud, but it's not working. He thinks about the best way to do this without just making him love Sephiroth forever; he uses his dog tags to hypnotize Cloud again and tells him to picture the face of the person he most wants. When Cloud snaps out of it, Zack is happy but Cloud is super embarrassed. But after a minute to recover, he's forced to think about his real feelings, and how he really thinks of Sephiroth and Zack. He tells Zack that he was his first friend, so of course he has strong feelings... But. Zack encourages him to think hard, and leans in, just in time for Sephiroth to catch them and try to stab Zack. Zack says he should really knock before coming into somebody's room. Sephiroth asks what the hell is going on and Cloud says' he's OK now; Zack cured him. Zack is all 'thanks for the appreciation' and kisses his head. Sephiroth is like 'what was that' and Zack says it's a friend's kiss, doesn't he know? It gets awkward so he says it was all a joke, actually. Cloud and Sephiroth leave; and Cloud thanks Zack one more time for his help.

In the present, Zack says he has some free time so they should go into the city. He reminisces about his past, how he didn't have many friends. They chat about their comradeship and Cloud tells Zack to remember they're just friends.
Later Cloud is attacked and violated by two recruits; he goes to Zack to feel better. Zack consoles him. Later Cloud is with Aerith, and she wakes him up with a flower. They head onward but Cloud says it's dangerous; Aerith says that's OK, he'll protect her. As they walk Cloud remembers the surroundings and coming there with his mom, and later with Zack [who asked if his mom was pretty, much to Cloud's irritation].
Aerith says everybody is worried about him.
They start talking about who they like, and how the place seems to remind Cloud of somebody he fancied. Cloud is very blase about the subject, but Aerith presses him for info. Cloud thinks back to how his mother, then Zack, were attacked and he could do nothing.
He awakes to find Zack and Aerith there.
Cloud wakes up in the church and everybody says how worried they were. Cloud starts crying and Red asks if he's OK- what did he see in Lifestream?

Plot: Cloud comes in Sephiroth's room to find him in a weird mood. He's all sensuous and Cloud takes advantage; Sephiroth is unusually submissive, saying things like 'it's embarrassing'. Cloud cuts off his clothes and flips him over. When Sephiroth gets off, he passes out and Cloud thinks he's died. He rouses him and Cloud asks if he was joking. Sephiroth says he wants to suffer; Cloud is flabbergasted and asks really? That's cruel! He cries and says he's liked Sephiroth for so long, he doesn't want to do that- Sephiroth is so important to him.
Sephiroth tells Cloud how much he relates to him, and with all his past loneliness that he wants to be together with him now, he's special.
Last part is a less serious joke comic about the problem in their height difference when Cloud is topping.

Plot: Sephiroth shows his aptitude for fighting and people think he's a monster. In the walls of ShinRa the other SOLDIERs whisper about him; can somebody so young and delicate looking really be a SOLDIER already?
Sephiroth thinks himself an angel of death. He chats with a scientist, who talks about new recruits and Sephiroth says how he hates them. The scientist thinks he's so impertinent and should respect his elders. Sephiroth attacks him and the scientist relents. He remembers Hojo saying that Professor Ghast could be a problem; Hojo thinks that, with Sephiroth's power, if he were able to control him, he can do anything.
Concerned, Ghast recruits Vincent to be a bodyguard, and explains the situation with Sephiroth. Meanwhile, he goes back home to tell his assistant that Sephiroth will be joining them, to try and get him under control. She's scared but accepts the task. Sephiroth is told that he should come along because he will meet his real father.
Hojo shows up and says that Sephiroth is his son, and he should be able to decide what happens; he also says that Sephiroth has siblings that have been born. Appalled, Ghast leaves with his colleague, promising he'll come back for Sephiroth.
When Sephiroth arrives to meet his dad, recalling how he became a SOLDIER for him, Hojo tells him he died.
Sephiroth, in present day, awakes from the nightmare to find Cloud taking care of him. Cloud says they have to go to work, and Sephiroth thinks of how the dream brought back such painful memories. Could Ghast really be dead? He remembers being in a lab, and thinking of how easily people died; he heard a voice calling, and wondered who his mother really was. A woman appears and says it's JENOVA. Sephiroth wonders what he is.
Back in reality, Cloud tells him to hurry and get ready. What kind of fun thing should they do today?

Plot: Cloud and Sephiroth are together; Cloud thinks back to why he came to Midgar; he wanted to be a SOLDIER, to meet Sephiroth.
The other inductees made fun of him, saying he was Sephiroth's new thing. The others said that's impossible, he's not a girl, no matter how cute he is. They keep teasing him because he won't say anything back, but one of the bullies starts freaking out and tries to get the taunter's attention. Zack appears and chases them off. He asks Cloud if he's ok and cloud thanks him.
Zack thinks that Cloud probably hasn't hear of him, since Sephiroth gets all the glory, and that's who Cloud wants to meet and all- Cloud interrupts and says he thinks Zack is a good guy. He thinks he can learn a lot of things from a great soldier like Sephiroth, but Zack actually worried about him. Zack is all complimented and says they'll be good friends.
Flash forward to Sephiroth and Cloud, with the latter making Cloud perform for him. He explains that he has a SOLDIER class materia that he wants to start an experiment with. Cloud is nervous about the situation and Sephiroth asks if he really wants to become a SOLDIER? Cloud apologizes, and says yes. He thinks back to the first time he realized he wanted to join, and another time he was teased by his cohorts. He was always a loner.
Zack finds him passed out drunk and takes him back to his place, telling him that alcohol is bad! Cloud rouses and tries to kiss Zack. He says it's OK, he's become very practiced with Sephiroth. Zack slaps him and tells him he better be joking. Cloud says many mean things to Zack, and Zack ends up kissing him and forcing himself on him.
Cloud suddenly says for him to stop, and thinks back to when he was a kid, wondering why he was born, why nobody ever came to take him away from it all.
He starts crying and Zack stops and hugs him, and tells him to get ahold of himself. He asks, why did Cloud even come to Midgar?
Cloud says it was Sephiroth. Zack says sorry.

Plot: Sephiroth comes and starts taunting Cloud about being nothing but a heartless doll. Vincent interrupts and talks about his 'motherly' sentiment, and scares Sephiroth away.
Next, Cloud says he wants to go to Heaven's Cave [?] with Sephiroth, but is scared of the consequences, despite having to do it. He tries to talk to Vincent, but thinks of all the times he attempted to in the past [a date with Aeris, her dying... All of which didn't interest Vincent]. Vincent seems to want to offer advice to Cloud, but after he says, you really want to meet Sephiroth? Cloud just keeps saying he sure does, and ends up running off like it was confirmed.
He finds Sephiroth with JENOVA, and Seph is all pissed that some random guy is visiting him. Cloud is sad but explains his plan to go to Heaven's Cave, where they'll unite all the Sephiroths. Seph seems all happy to go until he arrives and ends up fighting against multiple Vincent's and Cloud. He turns into JENOVA ultimate, and Cloud asks if his new form is his wet nurse?
Sephiroth gets all depressed and Cloud says he'll let him in on a secret, that the final point is a copy character. Sephiroth tries to hang himself over the discovery.
Next, Sephiroth comes back reborn as ultimate level, and bids Cloud to join him. Cloud pushes him down a cliff saying he's got an old save game that will do better and brings a lower level Sephiroth back and starts molesting him. Aerith tells him to stop because he looks like an idiot, and he shushes her. She thinks he's a perv.
Next, Cloud is chatting with Zack, who's giving him girl advice on Tifa. Cloud doesn't want to meet up with her because he doesn't feel like he's strong enough, and didn't make SOLDIER. Zack says it's because he has too many things holding him back; friends, a home, and his pride. A SOLDIER can't have anything like that. Cloud thinks he understands Sephiroth more for knowing that, and wants to become like him.
In his last moment, Zack thinks on that, on what kind of person he would become.

As Cid, Cloud and Tifa fly over a canyon, they spot Vincent. Enraged, Cid leaps out and asks what the heck Vincent is doing, why did he take off?
Vincent explains he thought that it was his time to die, with JENOVA defeated, he should have hadn't he?
He tried to take it into his own hands, to answer the call of death but to no avail. Cid gets really mad at him, and says what about Cloud and the others, what about HIM? Does Vincent really hate this place that much?
Cloud and the others land the ship to look for Cid and Vincent; Yuffie says she thinks she hears Cid's voice coming from the crater.
Vincent continues to argue with Cid, saying that it's best for it to end here, that he hunted Sephiroth with the intention of killing him, that he wants all of this to just be over already. Cid says that it's not the proper way, not the end at all!
Vincent says he's seen an angel, he wants his life to end.
Cid brings him to Nebliheim hospital where Vincent is taken care of, and the doctors are impressed by his strength. Cid comes in to visit, being loud as usual to the upset of the doctors. They try to explain to Cid the state of things, but he's sort of clueless. Vincent ends up waking up, and Cid says welcome back to this world, he looks well.
Vincent asks what happened, didn't he jump into Life Stream? Cid says he saved him- what does he think of that, is he still unhappy?
Vincent says it's fine, in this world, his friends are here.

Plot: Cloud is sitting alone, feeling sorry; the planet has undergone destruction, he wasn't able to protect his friends, his family, and yet he thought he was strong.
A sword appears and he sees Sephiroth. He asks why he came to this place. Sephiroth asks, didn't he want him to? Didn't the Jenova in his cells call him to this place?
Cloud says that's wrong, Sephiroth seduced him there, tricked him. Sephiroth asks did Cloud not move of his own will? Sephiroth says he wants to taste him, and take him- Cloud is his beloved doll. He kisses Cloud and the latter doesn't fight back. Sephiroth says he's a good boy, just like the last time, he'll make him feel sweet pain and despair.
He says he won't lose his free will, he'll make Cloud submit to darkness.
Next story, Cloud and Sephiroth are fighting. Sephiroth is surprised that Cloud is facing him, and says it would be a shame to have to kill him. Cloud says he's not going to die.
Sephiroth asks if he wants to die, wants to run from death, does he think Life Stream will welcome him?
Sephiroth says that hurts him, when their kisses are so sweet. He takes Cloud and says that in him, there is no injury, no place. Only pleasure.

Afterward, Cid asks if Vincent wants to try a little change to their routine. He has a box, and inside is a dildo fashioned after himself called Pinky Dinosaur. Vincent throws it away and Cid freaks out. Vincent gets out his gun and Cid begs for forgiveness. Vincent says Cid should use it on himself, but Cid is discouraged. He thinks that'd just be masturbating. He asks if Vincent has any ideas at all to spice things up?
Vincent says he's not good at pushing his ideas on others. Cid takes that to mean he's being too pushy. Vincent says ya, he is a little. Cid takes it badly and says he's disgusted with himself. Vincent grabs his arm, and says he's insulted; if he really hated anything he could stop Cid.
Cid tackles him and says they should do it one more time. Vincent says no way – but Cid insists Vincent just said he loves it when he's forceful, and now they can try out Pinky Dinosaur.
Next day Yuffie asks if Cid is ok- he says mostly.
Epilogue; Vincent tells sleeping Cid that they're leaving soon. Cid doesn't wake up, and Vincent kisses him. Cid says he has some nerve, molesting him while he's unconscious. Vincent says he didn't mean it like that! Cid says to do it again!

Vincent says Sephiroth is out, and Cid goes to find Sephiroth sitting alone. His little brother is bothering him, and it's very picturesque. Cid thinks that he wanted a quiet life like this...
Next part Vincent wakes up to Sephiroth overcome with passion, he takes Vincent and the latter asks why it always happens like this. Sephiroth keeps having flashbacks to when he burned the town. Next short is Sephiroth discovering his origins with Jenova, and as he sees the coffin in the lab thinks that he'll discover his mother there. Vincent gets freaked out by being discovered, but apologizes for not being who Sephiroth was looking for.
Next story Vincent is with young Sephiroth, who he cares about a lot; in the past, Hojo came to reclaim his son. Vincent asks after Lucretia, but Hojo says he should forget about that- he should forget about everything, and shoots Vincent. When he awakes in the coffin, Sephiroth is beside him, having kept him alive. Hojo comes back and abuses Vincent in front of Sephiroth, and Vincent says it's a terrible thing to do. Hojo says, how old is he now? It sounds like fun.
After, Vincent wonders if the same monstrous blood runs through their veins.

Later they're being intimate and Vincent is worried about him leaving kiss marks. Cid says there's no worries with Vincent's clothes, but it turns out their in Costa Del Sol and he has to overheat in his cloak to hide it [Yuffie says he should take off some layers].
Next two shorts is Vincent telling Cid he's pregnant- the first Cid gets mad at him for joking around and the second Vincent is like 'oh, it moved' and Cid is like SERIOUSLY and goes to listen.
Next story Cid is being way overprotective of Vincent in battle [while Cloud is getting creamed] and for his diet, saying he should eat certain things, and then he gets a bit of a stomach ache and Cid runs him off. Vincent says there's a chocobo farm near there, and he asks two farm kids for help. Cid is freaking out so the kids say he needs to wait outside, since they've done this before.
Vincent 'gives birth' to an egg and everybody congratulates Cid. Cid grabs the egg and says he must keep it warm. He does this for so long that Vincent starts telling him it's OK, he doesn't have to worry- it's not even human.
It hatches [into a chocobo] and Cid asks if it looks like him at all?
Vincent finally relents and admits it was a joke, it's not their son at all. Cid gets infuriated and spanks Vincent a bunch of times for tricking him. s

He's in a battle and rethinks the tactics he'd use.
When Aerith is about to die, she subs in Vincent; because of the party chosen Sephiroth gets it on with him in front of her.
After she says they have to stop him absolutely. Vincent is all embarrassed.
Later Tifa and Cloud demand to know where Sephiroth went, and what happened. Vincent 'somehow' survived.
Next story, Aerith is knocking at Vincent's door. When he answers she's very apologetic, saying it seems that she's woken him and he's had such trouble sleeping recently.
She runs off, surprised by finding him like that and wonders what about him changed.
That night Sephiroth shows up and bids him to come to him. He says Vincent is very loud. They're intimate and afterward Aerith sees Vincent again and says, as she expected he still hasn't slept.

Cloud says he doesn't think about Tifa like that. He says these feelings are different, and hugs Vincent. He kisses him and Vincent isn't enthused; Cloud calls him cruel for it and Vincent gets mad. Cloud throws him down on the bed and kisses him again; when he takes off his shirt he sees all the scars and is surprised at them. When he goes to remove Vincent's pants he stops Cloud, who asks wasn't it going well? He asks if Vincent has any desire, and Vincent says no.
Cloud goes to show him that he can feel something and after Vincent starts enjoying it says he loves him. He warns him the next bit may hurt but to bear with him.
Afterward they try to get comfy on the small bed; there's a much larger one but Cloud says it's too erratic for him to sleep in.
He asks Vincent about his past, how he was hurt and tormented. Vincent says he doesn't have an answer for how he feels, and Cloud hugs him. Vincent opens up a little, thinking it can't be helped, and Cloud is taken aback by how deep he can be. Vincent isn't keen on the praise.
Next story Cloud suggests he and Vincent pair off. Vincent thinks a two-man team is a bit weird but Cloud explains their skills compliment each other and Vincent agrees. Cloud can't believe he fell for it. They start exploring and the subject of Lucrecia and Vincent's past comes up; Vincent defends his past love and Cloud thinks it's irritatingly sweet.
Vincent goes to protect him and Cloud asks what he's doing; he won't die so easily.
But then he gets struck down and they're forced to rest. Cloud apologizes that all he has is a tent.
Cloud says there's something he wants to talk to Vincent about, and then kisses him. He asks if that's ok and Vincent says yes- but there's the subject of Sephiroth.
Cloud says he's not about to give up, even though he never made SOLDIER.
Vincent asks if he thinks he's weak- which isn't true because he's heard JENOVA's voice.
Afterward, Cloud tells Vincent that he really is beautiful.
Vincent is silent at the compliment and says that he isn't tired but should sleep. Cloud says he really is an idiot too.
Vincent goes to sleep while Cloud stays up and think about what to do regarding Sephiroth.
When Vincent awakes, Cloud says that he loves him.

Next story they find lingerie and Cid tells Cloud to put it on. He says no way, and they attack Vincent and throw it on him instead. Tifa arrives, furious.
Main story, Cid is in Rocket Town thinking how they said something interesting would happen there. But as he thinks about Sephiroth and Shinra, he finds it's been boring recently. He recalls meeting everybody, and how he was struck by Vincent's eyes. But when he asked 'what are you looking at' Cid was surprised to find that Vincent was a guy. He said nothing, and thought how bad it was that he was thinking those things about a man.
Vincent stalks off and Cid wonders what's up with him.
Cloud interrupts and says not to worry about it- an incidentally, he overbooked so they'll have to share a room. Call Vincent for dinner.
Cid grumbles and goes to find him; the door is open but he's surprised to find the lights off. He finds Vincent there and he asks what Cid wants- he says dinner is soon and runs off, irritated that he's still struck by Vincent's beauty. Later he shows of his skills but notices that Vincent won't look at him.
They retire for the night and Cid says Vincent certainly isn't chatty. He won't even look at him. Vincent says not to take it personally, he just doesn't know what to talk about. Cid says about his life, maybe- and says some things about his home town. Vincent briefly recounts how Cloud found him, asleep and how he searches for his lost love. Cid goes on to talk about his dream with Shera, and to build a rocket. Vincent seems touched by it, and admits he feels like a teammate to Cid.
Next day they're fighting against Shinra, and it gets dire enough that Vincent has to transform. Cid is surprised and impressed by it. After the battle, he finds Vincent alone and asks what he's thinking about. Vincent says nothing at all, and leaves. Cid is surprised, and wonders why, after opening up the other night, he's now distant again.

Plot: Cid, Yuffie and Vincent are fishing. Yuffie finds it really boring and Cid offers her a chance to angle. Vincent catches something and Yuffie says he's amazing; but he gets pulled into the lake. Nearby fishermen pull up, to their surprise, Vincent half eaten by the fish. Cid and Yuffie are relieved to have him back until the fishermen throw both back in the lake, declaring "catch and release!". They apologize a lot when they realize what happened.
Yuffie catches an octopus and it sprays Vincent with ink; he chases after them furiously. Cid catches him and say they should go home and wash.
He sees Vincent bathing and washing his 'tiny' suite, not quite understanding how the transformation works. He likes normal Vincent though, and says as much. Vincent gets embarrassed and sprays him with water and escapes, leaving tiny Vin in his place. Cid is annoyed that he escaped again. Yuffie sees them fighting and tells Tifa on them. Tifa comes and body slams Cid [Yuffie says 'nice stripe' in regards to her panty shot].
Next story JENOVA is attacking, but everybody gets distracted by the multiple tiny Vin's that are taking over the town. Cid yells at him about more important things that are happening and that he's making it crowded.
Next story Vincent is washing a bunch of his cat suits when one of them falls out the window and a real cat climbs in. It proceeds in freaking everybody out. Reeve is worried about his cat, which hasn't eaten its breakfast. He gets excited when he sees a tail and finds it in the Vincent disguise. Tiny Vin also shows up and he wonders if it's Cid's cat. Vincent runs off at the notion, leaving Reeve to wonder what adventures his cat gets into.

Plot: Tifa has a bunch of Gil and asks what they should spend it on. Cloud wants Chocobos, and goes to say how cute and cool they are. Tifa says no and he says he wants to spend it on Gourd Drink, which she also shoots down - saying it's an adult's drink. Cloud says he wants to buy a white Chocobo, then, and she says absolutely not. Vincent thinks she's pretty cruel.
Next story, Vincent is asking Cloud for compensation; Cloud assumes money but Vincent says no. He wants to ask him for something else. They end up in a cabin together and Vincent is undressing. It gives Cloud pause and Vin asks him what's wrong; he says nothing, just tired.
They talk about their thoughts, and Cloud says he's envious of how clearly Vincent sees things; his mind is all muddy. Vincent asks if Cloud has thought about the compensation, and Cloud said a little, and he kisses him. He thinks that, with this eternal body, he'd like to try it out.
As they start being intimate, Cloud thinks about the first time he met Sephiroth and he was so scared. He wonders if now, if he opens his eyes, he'll still exist. Vincent shakes him and asks if he's OK. He's taking his compensation now.
Cloud asks if the scratches on his face from Vincent's claw are considered tax.
Vincent thinks that he and Cloud are very similar, but wonders if he's crossing some boundary.
Afterward, as Vincent watches Cloud sleep, he thinks that he loves him.
Next day, they meet up with Tifa who asks where they want to go. Cloud says anywhere is fine. The three set off.

Plot: Cloud thinks that he and Sephiroth never had a promise, but they had something together.
They're being intimate one night and Cloud asks why he didn't come that one night. Sephiroth asks which night? And Cloud tells him. He says he's here now. Cloud tries to talk to him, yelling that he's being serious, but Sephiroth continues to distract him.
Sephiroth kisses him after getting him off and Cloud freaks out. Sephiroth says he's insufferable and inflexible. Cloud gets irritated. As they do it, he thinks on how they met a year ago, and how they spend so much time together, but there are still things that they don't say to each other.
Afterward, Sephiroth asks if he really wants to know where he went that one time; Cloud says sure and Sephiroth give shim a gift. Cloud is taken aback that he would do something like this, and Sephiroth says it's nothing. Is it weird that he would do it? Cloud says, with his image, how did he go out and purchase something?
He transforms into Cloud to illustrate how and Cloud is freaked out by the power of JENOVA. He tries to seduce Cloud, who tells him to stop joking around with his resemblance. Sephiroth changes back and tells him he's boring- but about the gift...
Cloud opens it and finds chocolates. He thanks him, but is kind of confused. Sephiroth says he likes sweet things, doesn't he? Cloud says indeed he does.
Cloud thinks hard about how Sephiroth would possibly have known this thing and remembers him buying him coffee and saying he sweetened it for Cloud's sake. Cloud is amazed that Sephiroth would remember such a small incident, and think about him so much.
Cloud eats the chocolate, and then kisses Sephiroth, who is grossed out by how sweet it is. Cloud has his vengeance for Sephiroth kissing him before.
Sephiroth leans in for another go, and Cloud stops him. He puts it out there that they don't have a solid promise, but he wants something like that. Sephiroth says that, whenever he meets him, he's happy. Cloud thinks, they still don't say it.

Plot: Tifa and Cloud are in a fight; it's not looking too good until a dagger comes and kills the monster. Tifa sees Yuffie up on the ridge and thanks her for saving them, but Yuffie says it wasn't her- it was Vincent. Later he looks at the knife and says he doesn't use weapons like that. Cid tries to press him for more information, but Vincent says he's going to take a rest.
Cid says that close combat magic is getting dangerous, but Cloud abruptly says he's going to bed too; he thinks on how he knows Vincent- his face is familiar. He goes to his door to try and talk to him, despite thinking he should run away.
Vincent is with Sephiroth, who says he's tracked him down. He should be worried, coming to a place like this. He starts taking advantage of Vincent, and Sephiroth beckons to Cloud to come over and makes Vincent pleasure him. He tells Vincent he better stay in his right mind for this, to keep his eyes open. Vincent thinks that he doesn't want to look.
Sephiroth leaves him hurt, with Cloud who's still sort of in a trance. Once Sephiroth is gone Vincent finds the dagger.
He picks it up and thinks how he's been ruined and defiled, and that he can't be like the person he was. Next story Vincent is thinking about how he told Lucretia that he loved her and would protect her. Sephiroth taunts him saying it's all his fault and he starts saying no, it can't be. Sephiroth grabs him and tells him to fess up to his real self.
Next story Vincent is in the library, thinking that this is where Sephiroth read of his history, where all the terrible research took place, where his body was changed. He can't think of a proper reason for all of this to have happened. Sephiroth walks in and grabs him, taunting him about what his dream could be now, what Cloud means to him. Vincent starts to argue with him and Sephiroth kisses him. Vincent says that he wants him, and Sephiroth indulges him. He tells Vincent that, even though he thinks of Lucretia, what he's asking for is him. Sephiroth says that they are all like his dolls.

Plot: Vincent and Cid are fighting and Vincent transforms; Cid thanks him but Vincent is all apologetic. When they return Red is happy to see them but Cid tells him to be a good boy and go home. He goes to see Vincent bathing, who asks him for a cigarette. Cid is like 'this is rare!' and Vincent admits he wants to get the taste of monster blood out of his mouth. Cid kisses him and says this is a much better way. Next they're fighting insect monsters; Yuffie is horrified by them and says there are too many and they should run. Cid says Vincent better use his power but he's hesitant. It gets to be too much, and Vincent sees Cid pushing himself to protect them. Yuffie is about to get struck and Vincent takes the blow for her, transforming and clearing them.
They rest up, and Cid complains about having to take it easy. Vincent says he needs to make it up to him- it's his fault after all. Cid says it wasn't his fault, and he hates that he's asking this. Vincent gets really surprised at the strong words as Cid rants about it. Cid calms down and says, but there is a way he can help him get better. He asks Vincent to come and give him a kiss.
Vincent agrees, saying it's his responsibility; but once they get started he's concerned for Cid's health; he says he's bleeding and kisses it better. Cid laughs and says he can put his mouth to better use. He tells him that he admires him- that he loves him. Vincent gets a bit freaked out by that and Cid wrestles him back, saying that he wasn't listening properly. Doesn't he have something to say?
Vincent stays silent.
He gets embarrassed that he confessed without any reciprocation, but has the perfect way to take it out on Vincent.
Afterward Vincent makes to leave, saying Cid needs his rest and he'll sleep in the next room, but Cid won't let him leave.
Next story Cid invites Vincent to join him on the Highwind. Vincent thinks on it while he showers and shows up; Cid takes the fact he bathed like an invitation and assures him there's nobody else around. Vincent accidentally scratches Cid with his claw- but Cid ties it to a pole, laughing. Vincent gets annoyed, demanding to know if this is a joke.
Cid teases him while Vincent keeps yelling to be untied. Despite starting to like it, Vincent keeps protesting and Cid calls him fussy.
Afterward Vincent is oddly quiet and Cid says it wasn't that bad- what bothered him? Vincent describes how it reminded him of the trauma he endured. Cid comforts him and suggests they take a shower since it's cold.
Next story Vincent ins captured and a young girl comes to him; he gets captured by roughians and Cid has to come to his rescue.
Last story is about a potion that Vincent drinks that has some ill effects; but Cid takes advantage of the situation. The tables turn by the end.

Plot: One of the SOLDIERs drops by the military base to see Sephiroth; he asks if he can leave Zack's IC card with him. Sephiroth dismisses it flippantly and the SOLDIER asks why he's hanging around watching shooting practice. He asks if he's interested in the grunt that isn't participating.
Sephiroth says that he saw that guy hit all his targets perfectly, so he was told to sit out. Sephiroth says that he's been on a mission with him in the past and he was given permission to work alone. The SOLDIER says that's why he's singling him out? Because he thinks they're similar?
Sephiroth thinks that this grunt is afraid of getting close, but at the same time, wants friends. The SOLDIER tells him to try and think of it more like Zack would.
Sephiroth goes to the training room and finds Cloud's information; he goes in and Cloud attacks him. He easily deflects him.
Outside he meets Genesis, who mocks him, asking why somebody so important is doing such an easy simulation.
Sephiroth brushes him off and says to mind his own business, if he wants the training room it's only open an hour more.
Later, Sephiroth is watching Cloud from afar, thinking that he looks so fragile for a soldier- but in his eyes, there's determination. He wonders if they're both worried about being alone.
Genesis grabs Cloud and drags him away, much to Cloud's protests.
Sephiroth sees and follows, demanding to know what Genesis is doing. He says he finally flushed him out. Genesis says that Cloud is his favorite, right? That he caught him loading his data in the training room.
Sephiroth tells him to say what he wants clearly.
Genesis says he's just trying to destroy his favorite, and attacks.
Sephiroth grabs Cloud and protects him, asking if Genesis is trying to make him angry.
Genesis says that was a huge reaction- and then leaves, saying not to worry, he's informed Cloud's sergeant of his absence.
Sephiroth asks Cloud if he's OK- Cloud says yes, but is a little taken aback by seeing Sephiroth up close.
Sephiroth apologizes on Genesis' behalf, but Cloud just says it's fine, nothing happened. Sephiroth suddenly asks why he's always alone.
Cloud says it's not on purpose- he's just not very good at speaking with others. Sephiroth smiles and thinks, it's nothing after all, he doesn't actually want to be alone.
Sephiroth tells him to think of people who would want to befriend him, and Cloud is surprised by the notion.
Sephiroth thinks that, up close, all of Cloud's confusion and innocence shows through his eyes. He tells him he wants to be friends with him.

Plot: Zack is thinking about his first impressions of Cloud: lonely eyes, weak body, and odd. One day he's walking home, tired from SOLDIER exams and hoping to make First Class soon. He finds Cloud in an alley, beaten up. He sees that he's taken on two guys.
He thinks that his strength is notorious, but this is crazy. Cloud refuses his help and walks off. Later Zack is in the dining hall and thinks about what happened; he finds that nobody knows Cloud well and wonders why he doesn't let anybody close. Later he goes to meet him and asks how his injuries are. Cloud brushes it off. He keeps pressing the point until Cloud gets annoyed, and is like 'IT IS FINE THANK-YOU'. He asks why Zack became a SOLDIER, and he's all 'oh you want to hear that story', but Cloud starts leaving.
Zack yells after him and asks if he has any friends. Why can't they be friends? Cloud gets angry and says he's a SOLDIER after all- Zack says that it's not unusual for them to hang out- it'll be fun and help him get used to the lifestyle. He asks him about interests and touches his shoulder, which makes Cloud freak out. Zack is left to wonder what that was all about.
He gets reservations to go out and eat, and finds Cloud. He tells him he's been looking for him and the timing is good for them to go out and get properly aquainted. Cloud is still stand-offish. Zack insists- even if it's just the two of them, isn't it nice to have companionship?
Cloud says no, not at all.
Later, Zack is sullen over what happened. The other soldiers wonder what's up with him- he looks so pathetic. Zack thinks of getting rejected, and how Cloud's reaction was so strong, like he was about to cry.
Outside the window, he spots Cloud, who's walking oddly. Then, he passes out.
Zack rushes out [his comrades call after him] and tells Cloud to hang on. He's got a high fever. He carries him to the infirmary, but nobody is there. He takes care of him, trying to give him medicine. But Cloud is delirious and like a kid says he hates it and struggles. Zack says it can't be helped, and puts it in his own mouth and kisses Cloud to make him take it.
He comes in the next day and the nurse tells him of Cloud's poor condition. He thinks about how weak he looks, laying there and wonders what the problem is. Eventually, Cloud wakes up, and Zack says that, after the incident, they gradually grew closer, more open.

Plot: Reeve is sitting, being tired, when his clone comes up and is all excited about celebrating his birthday. Reeve is like 'it's not my bday', and the other man says he's so rude- it's HIS birthday, and it's time to celebrate.
Reeve turns his back on him and the clone calls him cold - he should treat him better since they're the same. He suggests they go see their originator, but Reeve says he has no gift. The clone says not to worry, he has the perfect thing. They start scrapping over what to do when Tseng drops by and is like !! who is this man. Reeve says it's his clone and Tseng is like 'not another one'.
The clone says he understands completely what's going on and pushes Reeve into Tseng's lap, and says he'll take his leave now. Reeve gets all embarrassed but Tseng kisses him on the cheek. He asks what about the work and the other man brushes it off.
Next story Cid sees this mysterious figure again at night, he tells him to come down and it turns out to be a cat-like Vincent. He takes him inside and he starts eating cat food, which Cid says is weird- isn't he a human? Then Vin drinks all his milk and tears up his stuff. Cid says he wants to hear him say something, but Vincent is quite mute. He declares it a game to try and get him to speak. He agrees and they start a chase; Cid gets out of breath really quick and Vincent tells him that smoking is bad. He gets all irritated, loses his balance and falls off the roof. Vincent leaps down to his rescue but Cid was just faking and grabs him. Back inside he tells him to get undressed, but Vin is hesitant. Cid says he thought of a better game, something that will be really fun
. Afterward he wants Vincent to stay around forever, and thinks that he should secure his doors and windows so he doesn't accidentally get out.
Last story Rude and Reno are hanging out- the latter finds a smudge on Rude's collar and asks what it is. Rude haltingly says that in the elevator, something happened with a girl. Reno is like 'ooh, are you still thinking of her' and starts to pleasure him. He says he must be, because he's really excited. He says today, he'll be the one to show him a good time.

Plot: After fighting so hard, everybody is going home for a break; they are discussing their hometowns and where everybody is planning, and Cid asks where he should drop Vincent. He doesn't have an answer, so Cid generously says he will take him along.
They end up in his house and Vincent is very uncomfortable; Cid mentions Shera and how she does all the cooking and cleaning around there. Vincent is like 'isn't she going to have trouble with a strange man in her house' and Cid brushes it off. He says he should think about the stuff he wants to do in his off time, but Vincent can't think of anything, so Cid takes him to meet the neighbors.
They're a little less welcoming than he thought -they didn't even know where he went when all the danger started- but he introduces Vincent and they're all very happy to meet him- and encourage them to visit their shops.
Back home Cid shows him his room and promises to chat with Shera when she returns. They sit down to dinner [stew made by the old lady of the town] and Vincent is surprised that Cid's friend has been gone for three whole months. Cid describes how her feelings hadn't changed so she went away. Vincent wants to take a bath, and while there thinks about Lucretia, how he's been reminded of her and the bad dreams he still has.
Cid bursts in, having forgotten something, and freaks out seeing Vincent naked. They have a little chat, and he thinks that this life, just the two of them, isn't so bad.
Later Cloud drops by and starts talking about work and going on a monster hunt. Vincent offers him tea and he sees a strange look on his face. He starts making assumptions and Cid freaks out at him. Cloud says he has a test to see if Cid is really gay- and shows him a picture of Barret and asks if he's turned on. Vincent comes over with cake to diffuse the situation but trips into Cid.
Cloud leaves, saying it was a very 'interesting' day and Cid throws a boot at him. Vincent runs after to apologize and Cloud kisses him, saying to give his feelings some thought.
Cid leaves for Midgar shortly after and Vincent gets some tomatoes from the old lady. While trying to cook them he thinks about how he feels.
Cid comes home early, but it's not really Cid, it's Hojo puppeting him to take advantage of Vin. Hojo teases him, saying he actually wants this man, so it's Ok. Vincent tries to fight him off and eventually stabs him. The body reverts to its monster form.
The real Cid returns with a gift; it's Vincent's real arm. He promptly falls asleep and gets a phone call from Reeve; Vincent answers and hears the extent to which Cid went to retrieve the present, and bursts into tears.

Eventually Mash finds his brother, after a visit from Ghestal, and sees that Edgar is covered in marks. Mash is incensed, but Edgar is doing it for his kingdom.

Locke struggles and Setzer asks plainly, do you hate it? Locke of course says no.
Afterward Setzer comments on how many times they 'had fun' and Locke tells him to shut up. Setzer comments that his body is much more honest than his words.
Then they talk about smoking after the deed and Locke gets all flirty.
Later Setzer kisses him in front of the team, which makes Locke freak out.

Later Edgar retires for the night and finds Sabin passed out drunk. He's sort of disgusted by the scene, but is distracted when he sees scars he didn't know about all over Sabin's body. He realizes that they've been apart for 10 years and a lot has probably happened.
He thinks of the differences in their lives; he's heading a country, his brother is constantly training.
Sabin gets up suddenly and flips out, saying he'll protect his brother, but he wasn't awake and passes back out.
Edgar smiles and says he's counting on him.

Later they're both at Figaro, relaxing. Locke is enjoying the wine. Edgar asks where he went, and Locke says to Kooringen. Edgar wonders if his suspicions about Locke's quest were wrong. Locke starts complaining about a little injury and how people don't understand Treasure Hunter nowadays. Edgar comes out and asks if Locke went to see a girl.
Locke laughs it off, but Edgar gets mad, saying it's no joke. Locke wonders why he's so angry all of a sudden, maybe he's got serious feelings?
Edgar storms out and thinks of a dream he had, and what it means.
Locke chases after him and yells that he should open the door. Edgar does and says he's sorry for being mad. He kisses Locke.
They get intimate and Locke keeps asking what he's doing- isn't there a girl Edgar likes? Edgar makes it quite clear that there's only one person he wants.
Locke has left for several months, and Edgar sends people to report on him. When Locke returns, he's upset, but plays it off. Locke says he shouldn't be mad- he worried over him, and wanted to see him, throughout his banal days. He begs him not to be angry, and Edgar forgives him.
Still worried about what Locke does in that village, Edgar says they'll depart the next day. They go by chocobo [which Locke hates], and end up near a house. Edgar asks who's there, why is Locke always looking for a treasure?
Locke becomes emotional and Edgar says's it's OK, he's there for him.
Locke thinks back to the time he spent in Kooringen- he wanted to get treasure to save Rachel. One night, he was in a cave sheltered by rain and heard her calling. He slipped and fell, which is where he got his injury.
He's so overcome with the memory, that he cries in Edgar's arms. Edgar says it's okay- he believes in him, and will face anything with him.
