Plot: Everybody loves Shinji!
The first story is Kaji taking advantage of Shinji- who doesn't exactly complain. The two make hot love, much to Shinji's embarrassment as he finds he enjoys it.
The next story is the Kaworu/Shinji scene in the bath, but with Gendou and the others around as well. Kaworu's pronouncements of love and observations about Shinji's body makes everybody blush, and when he makes a move and kisses Shinji, Gendou gets his yaoi-love on, to the point that his glasses get squished.
It all ends with the obligatory shot of Rei holding Gendou's damaged glasses.

Title: 囚人のジレンマ

Plot: Shinji wakes up from a nightmare thinking on what it means to kill people and be a protector, putting himself in danger of being killed. He thinks that going to highschool and having lunch break would be nice- but Kaoru appears and says he'd slaughter his friends. He remembers Touji and his friends and fellow pilots and just wants to forget it all. He wonders why he ever got in an Eva- to protect humanity? He starts to think that with everybody he's lost, he wasn't meant to be.
Kaoru says it's funny, Shinji's life- the killing, the mistakes, the suffering. It's all meaningless. Shinji becomes enraged and attack Kaoru, punching him- but thinks, he wants to be with him. Kaoru starts to pleasure him and mock Shinji, who suddenly flips out and wants to see Kaoru suffer. He says he's changing into something great- he's not going to run from his desire anymore.
He thinks that there's no meaning, and nothing good- and starts strangling Kaoru.
Next day he goes to school, feeling hopeless and listless- there'll be no more places for him to fit in, no more familiar faces.
He sees two girls and pities them.
In the classroom, there's somebody he thinks looks like Kaoru.
Next story Kaoru is in front of the Sound Only boards being interrogated. He talks about his findings regarding the Lillim. He says how they have no meaning, and maybe, he failed his mission.

Title: 3番とか5番とか

Plot: Kaoru has a crush on Shinji in school and tries to greet him in the morning, then to borrow a pen. Shinji finally gets fed up with ignoring him and gives him one, being very specific that he's giving it and doesn't need Kaoru to track him down to return it.
Kaoru is silent for a moment -Shiji asks if he's even listening- then Koaru switches their pens and runs away. Shinji thinks he wasn't listening at all.

Next part is a fantasy- Shinji is obsessed over Kaoru, who's sort of king of the school. Shinji talks himself up into making eye contact with Kaoru, only to feel that he's not noticed by him at all. He tries to convince himself that he's the same as everybody else, but can't bring himself to touch Kaoru. He plots out when he can grab him, and manages to drag Kaoru away.
Then, from the first story Kaoru comes to return the pen, and sticks it in Shinji's pocket which Shinji takes to be very embarrassing.

Title: 箱の中の救世主

Plot: Gendou and his cohorts talk about the implications combining human and angel DNA to create a child- they produce Kaoru.
First story, Shinji's fallen asleep on his desk. Kaoru wakes him- he's disoriented and asks where he is. Kaoru says they're in school of course, and it's late.
Kaoru proposes that they stay and chat, and they talk about how Shinji has nobody. He wonders where he's going. Kaoru asks- doesn't he have a dream? Isn't to be an Eva Pilot?
He says his dream isn't that either, they're similar in that way.
Shinji gets offended by the implications, and Kaoru apologizes. He says that he has a simple idea- he climbs out the window, which freaks Shinji out. But Kaoru has just climbed onto a tree outside- Shinji joins him and they admire the view and the breeze.
Kaoru says it's something to be up in a tree with only the sky under your feet.
Shinji says he can see his dream from here, and describes that when he was younger he would dream of flying on his pillow, seeing the tiny buildings below.
He's so joyous at retelling this that Kaoru is struck by it and kisses him.
He says he must realize his dream on his own.
Flash forward to him being interviewed by the Eva team, regarding Shinji. He says he'll show this world, the Lilum, his dream. And suddenly all the alarms at the base go off. They identify the new angel as Tabris. The inevitable battle between Shinji and Kaoru takes place, where he argues with his friend but must destroy him. Afterward he thinks on how much he liked Kaoru, and how he wants to see him again, and hear his voice.
As he holds his headless body, he says it's no good, Kaoru's face isn't there.
